RWS eCOA Best Practice Subject Matter Expert (SME) leading a team of consultants to create bespoke eCOA translation review processes and products. Specialization in eCOA reuse processes, industry best practice guidance for eCOA design, and digital accessibility. 

The eCOA Solutions Team supports partnerships with eCOA providers through our onboarding and collaborative process documentation, with COA copyright holders through the authoring of eCOA implementation guides, and for all stakeholders through product management and UAT of innovative eCOA translation review tools. 

In close collaboration with RWS Linguistic AI Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Licensing teams, as well as external groups like the eCOA Consortium and ISOQOL. Founder of the RWS eCOA Thought Leadership group.

Sept 2016 - Feb 2018

Designed and developed websites for the University of Nebraska and small business owners. 

Includes custom site development using HTML, CSS, and Javascript as well as efficient use of Wordpress and Drupal. Adherence to brand guidelines when available, as well as US Federal digital accessibility requirements. 

Copywriting for web, and social media campaign content development, scheduling, and management. 

Feb 2016 - May 2018

Founded a local chapter of the US NonProfit Girls Who Code at FUSE Coworking in Lincoln, NE.

Recruited students in partnership with community organizations and Boys and Girls Club of America.

Recruited volunteers and developed course schedule and materials.

Co-taught weekly curriculum, managed social media content, and coordinated opening and closing club events.

Chapter became the 501c3 Non-Profit Girls Code Lincoln in 2019.

Jan 2011 - Aug 2015 

Coordinated and monitored translation development among internal departments, Pharma clients and linguists in over 30 countries. 

Provided guidance to clients regarding complex translation processes and terminology.

Managed project scope to ensure processes follow ISPOR translation methodologies and fall within clinical study timelines and associated budgets.

Created and edited research manuscripts and symposium posters.

Authored internal instructional and training documentation.

Selected and edited manuscripts for publication, managed social media copy as well as website content and structural updates.  

Aug 2010-Sept 2011

Collaborated with University of Nebraska researchers to design and distribute electronic questionnaires.

Edited questionnaire content for clarity, conducted cognitive debriefing interviews, and designed electronic questionnaires using Cardiff Teleforms. 

Jan 2003-July 2006

Managed over 20 clients and served as primary customer contact for development and print mailing of patient satisfaction questionnaires.

Produced and distributed weekly project reports to clients.

Supported the development of in-house file processing tool development, training materials and training program.
