RWS eCOA Best Practice Subject Matter Expert (SME) leading a team of consultants to create bespoke eCOA translation review processes and products. Specialization in eCOA reuse processes, industry best practice guidance for eCOA design, and digital accessibility.
The eCOA Solutions Team supports partnerships with eCOA providers through our onboarding and collaborative process documentation, with COA copyright holders through the authoring of eCOA implementation guides, and for all stakeholders through product management and UAT of innovative eCOA translation review tools.
In close collaboration with RWS Linguistic AI Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Licensing teams, as well as external groups like the eCOA Consortium and ISOQOL. Founder of the RWS eCOA Thought Leadership group.

Includes custom site development using HTML, CSS, and Javascript as well as efficient use of Wordpress and Drupal. Adherence to brand guidelines when available, as well as US Federal digital accessibility requirements.

Founded a local chapter of the US NonProfit Girls Who Code at FUSE Coworking in Lincoln, NE.
Recruited students in partnership with community organizations and Boys and Girls Club of America.
Recruited volunteers and developed course schedule and materials.
Co-taught weekly curriculum, managed social media content, and coordinated opening and closing club events.
Chapter became the 501c3 Non-Profit Girls Code Lincoln in 2019.
